All of our profiles use steel strips in compliance with BS EN 10143 & BS EN 10346. There are guaranteed minimum yield strengths of 350 and 450 N/mm2 and a minimum coating mass of 275g/m2.

GRP GRATED PANELS

SHEAR STUDS
The advertised length of our shear studs is length before the welding process. When welded to base metal, it will be approximately 5mm shorter after weld and when welded through deck 10mm shorter after weld.

R51+ FLOOR METAL DECK
The R51+ floor deck is a traditional re-entrant profile. It is commonly used on inner city high multi-storey projects, where the structural zone is limited. This is due to the relatively thin slab depth required to achieve a typical 1 hour fire rating.
The R51+ floor deck is available in 0.9mm, 1.0mm, and 1.2mm gauges and is manufactured from S350 and S450 grade galvanised steel. Soffit service fixings are available with a 1kN load capacity.
TR60+ FLOOR METAL DECK
The TR60+ floor deck provides high span capabilities and increased steel efficiency, all for a competitive price. Die to its 1.0m cover width, this profile can be installed quickly, making it a popular choice for many design engineers. The typical 1 hour fire rating can be achieved with a 130mm slab.
The TR60+ floor deck is available in 0.9mm, 1.0mm, and 1.2mm gauges and is manufactured from S350 and S450 grade galvanised steel. Soffits service fixings are available with a 1kN load capacity.
TR80+ FLOOR METAL DECK
The TR80+ floor deck features an 80mm deep trapezoidal profile with excellent un-propped span capabilities and reduced concrete volume requirements. It is available in 0.9mm, 1.0mm, and 1.2mm gauges and manufactured from S350 and S450 grade galvanised steel. Soffit service fixings are available with a 1kN load capacity.
